After some operation (no flash bios), when power on my pc, after display the video card's bios the video signal don't arrive anymore; after 1 second reappear the video card's bios and after it, instead of display the normal motherboard's bios, come to display "Bios block V.1.00... cmos rom checksum error insert floppy disk and press enter"...
What can I do???

First check your RAM and CPU.
