After flashing: " cmos checksum error, press F1 to enter setup."

A ter pressing F1, just a blinking cursor

Original bios ID: 52 0110 0014 00101111 071595 00000 001_V90_8670H

New bios id (the one with the checksum error):
52 1222 001437 00101111 071595 000000-001_V98_8670-H

anyway to resolve this ???

nothing works anymore....

That's a CMOS checksum error, not a BIOS checksum error. Try clearing the CMOS, either with a jumper or by removing the battery for a while.

BIOS ID is similar...but not the same.

You sure this was the correct update? What motherboard is it?

Old bios ID: 52 0110 0014 00101111 071595 00000 001_V90_8670H
New bios id: 52 1222 001437 00101111 071595 000000-001_V98_8670-H
Is that 8 a typo ?
Have you checked your motherboard against the pictures at the Pc-Chips Lottery ? " 001_V90_8670H" certainly should be M599 LMR

Where did you find the BIOS with the "V98" ?
[update]BIOS archive at :
ftp://ftp.pcchips.com.tw/BIOS/M599LMR/
I guess your "old" BIOS is 2K0110S.ROM and the "new" one should be 2K1222S.ROM.

I was going to mention also that your "Old BIOS" string seems to be missing a few digits as well...

..Old BIOS ID: 52 0110 0014xx 00101111 071595 00000xx001_V90_8670xH
New BIOS ID: 52 1222 001437 00101111 071595 000000-001_V98_8670-H

Don't know how significant that may be but...
