After upgrading the BIOS system is dead ...

Hi My system was failing everytime when loading agp440.sys.
People recommanded me to upgrade the BIOS.
I upgraded the bios using esupport.com flash driver.

Now the system is dead.

They sen me the new bios chip.
I replaced it on my motherboard and still the system is dead.

I removed my CMOS battery for 24 hours to clear CMOS settings.

Still system is not coming up.

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.
