Cannot restart.

I have a Creative Blaster Board Model M003. I hot flashed the bios and now it is working. I can go inside cmos to change some parameters but when i exit and saved my changed parameters, it wont restart! I have to shutdown the main power first then power it up again before i can get a video signal. Any suggestions?

Tried clearing CMOS?
