ok, i started up my computer today for the first time. i got this error that said "CMOS SETTINGS WRONG" i have tried clearing the cmos settings with the jumper but i am still experiencing problems. please help me..
the board is an asus p4p800 - e deluxe. the bios is phoenix bios i think. i'm not sure cuz i'm at school right now.. i will try changing batteries and see if that helps. i actually got it to boot up, but now it says chassis intrusion. i'll refer to my manual to see if it says anything about how to disable that.. also, i bought windows xp professional x64 since i heard that you need that to support up to 4gb of ram (which is what i have) when i tried to install it it wouldnt let me. is there any way in bios that you can switch it to allow the install?
