Hi,
I bought a new mobo (Amaze PC K7T Ultra) and installed it. Nothing on startup - no POST - no beep.
Removed all hardware, RAM >> same situation.
Changed RAM >> same situation
Cleared Bios >> same situation.
On startup: the LED's from keyboard, CDRom and floppy will light up but the screen stays black and that LED keeps blinking. The cooling fan is running.
Changed AGP >> same situation.

Any ideas?

This appears to be a 200 FSB board - what CPU are you using?

It's an OEM board?
Which processor are you running in?
Supported CPUs:
Athlon™ (600, 650, 700, 750, 800, 850, 900, 950, 1000MHz)
Duron™ (800, 750 and 700MHz)

I don't know if it's an OEM board. There is only the Amaze PC label on the North Bridge and on the CDRom.
There are actualy 2 different labels on the mobo: a label with [K7TUR] glued on the board and a label [K7T Ultra] on the box. On the Chinese site of AmazePC I found a picture from the K7T Ultra and that is a match, so I guess that's the one.
It's a 200 FSB board (said the salesman).
I use a Duron 950. Chipset VT 8363. I have set the multiplyer to the lowest numer (5).
There was a CD with all kind of drivers (Via chipset, Intel chipset, AMD chipset, AGP drivers, sound), but no manual. I asked the company and the dealer in The Netherland (closest to Belgium) for a manual. No answer from AmazePC and the dealer could'nt help me.

Check to see if there is a jumper on JP1 - if there is none, the CPU should be auto detected (although the manual says up to an 800 Duron with a Note: The frequencies listed were those known at time of publication). If you want to set manually, then install a jumper on the pins of JP1 and set the multiplier (SW1) for 9.5 for the Duron 950. PC100 or 133 memory required - there is a note that it won't boot if less than PC100 is used.

As near as I can tell, the Morgan Durons [Model 7] (DHD950AMT1B) are not supported, only the Spitfire Durons [Model 3] (D950AUT1B). Front panel connections are on page 32 of the manual and use the Del key to access the BIOS settings. Refer to page 38 for clearing the CMOS.

This seems to be the manual for the mobo, thnx Kuriaki.
I will check JP1 this evening at home and I will try both ways (auto and manual).
Memory: one PC133 - 128 MB is used (I tried already with another one).
The processor is a Duron Model 3 (D950AUT1B).
The video card in an AGP 8x; also the other card I've tried is an AGP 8x but I don't thiks that this could be a reason for a POST failure.
I will clear the CMOS as well this evening.
How can I detect when there is no BIOS loaded in the Flash ROM?

JP1 was empty. I've put a jumper on it and set the multipier to 9.5>>same situation.
I changed the power supply >> same situation
The DIMM module has not more then 18 chips.
JP3 (I/O voltage) is set to 3.3V (default).
There is an extra switch on the MB: SW2 CPU Clock Frequency - 100 MHz (default) or 133 MHz. I've tried both >> same situation.
I'm thinking to remove the CMOS and try to reed if there is any BIOS installed.

I have two or three BIOS files for it.

Is it possible to update a BIOS file without the MB being active?

The MSI K7T series motherboards are notorious for the capacitors failing. Have a look at the larger ones in particular - if any are bulging or there are signs of electrolyte leakage this is likely the problem that it won't POST. Info available here:

I have checked the Flash Rom on a Data I/O reader with "Error loading data" as result. This could either be a bad IC or an empty IC.
Of course I will check for bad capacitors.
Kuriaki, I have found the 2 files. Question is now: how to upload the file?

If the BIOS chip is not soldered, a EEPROM burner can be a good option:
