Error on recovering AMIBIOS! Urgent Help Needed!

Hi!
I'm in huge trouble and I'll thank every help you can give me!

I got a message "Checking NVRAM" on my Pcchips M550 motherboard that doesn't allow me to boot or enter in the bios
After a long search i decided to update the bios but the proccess fail
Now my Pc turn on but it throws the beep error code "DRAM refresh failure", also reed the floppy drive but when I insert my AMIBOOT disk it stops and stays there!
I dont know what to do!
Please help

Tried clearing CMOS? Tried a low density floppy?

do you think a low density disk work?
I tried to use Uniflash but my boot block read my floppy but doesn't matter if it is a DOS disk or anything it just turn the light and holds.

Is there anyway to recover boot block if it doesn't boot?
