Fixed friends HDD now computer wont start no beeps

hey, I fixed my friends HDD and installed it back into her computer and now the computer wont turn on... well power goes to the CD-Rom, CPU fan, HDD (I think), Floppy (pretty sure). But here's the problem i'm having oh btw it's a P233 using AMIBIOS it ont boot into anything just a black screen (I thought it might have been the onboard video) but I took out the ram and no beeps (speaker is plugged in). So right now I'm stumped as I was going to Short the BIOS but I saw that J2 Clears the RTC and there is letters J2 but no unmarked jumper anywhere near it so I'm completely out of ideas.

HD data cable plugged in correctly (pin one toward the power connector...usually)?
