Hi,
I hope somebody could help me, I'm totally lost.
I upgraded my BIOS from F2 to F4 with the @BIOS tool coming with the mobo. Once I did it, the system unstable and freezing. So I entered the BIOS, it froze, I rebooted and since then, the system is continuously beeping (short beeps), but I cant do anything.
I changed the power supply and the memory, same symptom.
I cleared the CMOS memory by removing the battery without success.
Any idea ?

Gigabyte recommends Q-Flash:

Are you loaded Fail-Safe Defaults after flashing?
Continuous Beeping: Memory or Video problem
Explanation: The system is producing constant beeping in no specific pattern, or a fast "ringing" sound.
Diagnosis: This is usually caused by a problem with the system memory, or possibly the video card. The memory is more likely--the system complains long and loud if it can't find any usable memory, as there is no way to even start the boot process when this is the case. The motherboard itself could also be the problem.
Recommendation:Troubleshoot the system memory.

About the Q-Flash utility, the pb is I dont have any screen....the computer just beeps as soon as it starts.
For the memory, I tried another set of memory same thing....I tried to clear the CMOS same...I fear its the mobo itself ?!
