Help, got an old PC Today, Beeps weird :(

Hi, my teacher gave me an old Pentium II PC and i wanted to turn it on....

This is what I get
According to a chip on the mainboard ((C) blablablah Phoenix) It should be a phoenix bios

Alright i know wich main board it is:

Google told me it is an "E139761 Gateway Slot 1 BX chipset motherboard"

Intel SE440BX2 OEM. check their page for a manual and bios updates. clear the cmos and make sure the cpu is supported by the board (yes, intel does cpu id checks on their boards and they might be the only ones..)
