Which Utility may work for backup bios of Intel AL440LX mainboard.
Tryed Uniflash but failed for 256kb. Only 128kb data saved.

I have used the AL440LX board and when I flashed the BIOS I used the Phoenix flash utility as provided by Intel, which I think could have come with the BIOS image download.

This utility worked fine for me, both in updating the BIOS and creating a backup of the previous installed BIOS.

I cannot remember how large the image is for this board. Probably the easiest way to find out is to look at the size of the new image file.

Also noting that you should not have any problems with the latest image for this board. Worked fine for me and the reason I updated was for larger hard disk support, which it provided. I am fairly sure I sucessfully detected and used an 80GB drive with this board after the update.

Bios chip e28f002 found defective by nearby device programming shop,
if it does't flashing would helped me.Anyway Thanks.
