Q-LITY P3BX is death

i have a q-lity P3BX mb and i flashed it, and now my motherboard is death!
I had tried with amiboot.root, and holding Ctrl+Home,but it does not
reading from floppy?
Can any one help me?

I need also bios file for this motherboard!

Is it Quanta P3BX board? http://www.quantatw.com/Product/intel44 ... /ep3bx.htm or P3BX.1 (no audio)? http://www.quantatw.com/Product/intel44 ... p3bx_1.htm

There are two BIOSes - http://file2.mydrivers.com/bios/p3bx4.zip and http://file2.mydrivers.com/bios/P3bx-O4.zip - maybe for different Super I/O chips? Or one for board with audio and one for board without?
