Please help me, my Biostar U8668 Grand is dead

Someone can help me please, i do a bad Flash to my mobo because a cut of electric power in the area i live and now the mobo don't work and i don't know how make it work again, i have no video and don't read the floppy, i know is an old mobo but is the only one i have and give me an excellent service, i want to try the best i can with your help to revive my old, cheap mobo, thanks for your help and time.

The mobo is a Biostar (U8668G) U8668Grand Ver 6.0

The bios have a little adhesive with this legend

the system: Celeron 2.4 GHz, 2 GB RAM DDR 266MHz, HDD WDC 120 GB, AGP 8X Nvidia GeForce5400 256MB, Floppy 3.5" HD, Samsung Writemaster DVD Recorder 8X.

I know is an old PC but is my work tool.

I have one too but a very problematic one. Power up problem usually.
