HP USB ports. HELP

I would contact HP with that message, it appears as a hardware problem to me.

Finally, i got the ports to work!!!
I opened the pc case and took out the front panel, removed the cage that was holding the usb ports, and i took a look at the ports, and i noticed that one of the ports had bent pins and were toughing each other, so i bent the pins so that they were not touching each other. I also noticed that there was a soft spot on the sticker that said USB 2.0 hub. I peeled back the sticker, and i found out that my computer has a firewire port!!! but the motherboard did not have a header for firewire. But any way, the usb ports are now working again!!!
