Hello everyone,
This is my first post here, so a big hello to all :D

I have a HMwent thin client industrial PC with a Boser HS-4500 motherboard. The manufacturer flashed the BIOS so that it boots only from the network card. It does not boot from the floppy or the HDD. BIOS has etherboot on it.

How to solve this problem? :?:

Can I do it myself or I require an EEPROM flasher? Maybe if we flash the EEPROM with the original Boser's bin, it will come back to normal

If someone can help me I'd be really grateful. Nice website, by the way ! Thanks for keeping it up!

Regards,
Rajiv

More info:
The PC is this one:

Motherboard info:

and the manual is here:

I can see the BIOS .bin file here but the download link does not work:

I just found the BIOS .bin file on driverguide.com. Looks like the version is also the same as my motherboard's.

So now the question is :

Do I need to flash this .bin? If so, can anyone here help me?

Is there a workaround?

By the way, I have already tried changing the boot order in the BIOS. No matter what I select (A, C or anythign else like SCSI, LS120 etc) it still boots from the NIC. Also there is no option to disable the onboard NIC in the BIOS.
