Amilo D 7820 died, is there a jumper to reset inside?

Don't ask how to hack password. (BIOS Passwords)

hey everyone,

my laptop jsut died after i changed something very trivial in the bios setting. now all its doing when you press the power button is turn no (nothing on screen) beep a few times then turn itself off.

if this was my desktop i would just change the jumper setting to flash the bios but as its a laptop i have no idea what to do. is there a jumper somewhere in the laptop i need to get acsess to or is there a simpler way?

many thanks on any advice you can offer

Just remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes and then BIOS should take default settings on next boot.
