How TO:> HP BIOS - Compaq 6910p - Change WWAN device

Hi,

I have a Compaq 6910p note book with me. I need to change the WWAN device inserted in it. The BIOS returns a "104 - Unsupported WWAN device" error.

I understand that we need to modify the BIOS to accomodate the new WWAN device. I need to insert a Ericsson F3607gw WWAN device into the notepad. The VID / PID for the new device is 0bdb / 1904 .

Can anyone help with modification of the BIOS?
