SONY VAIO FR-720 BIOS UPDATE FAILED

I tried to update my SONY VAIO FR-720 BIOS due to error message Stuck Key "error 210", however the flashing did not succeed, the laptop shutdowns at about 80% of the flashing activity. My laptop anyway still boot but can no longer run windows. I tried re-flashing the bios but after confirming the message on the Phoenix Phlash Bios Utility program, my laptop FREEZES and no more activity afterwards. I tried using all the available options on the Phlash program but it won't work.

Any suggestions.. Please help.

Just wondering if you still have the keyboard error "Stuck key". You might need to replace the keyboard.
