Sotec U270R4 BIOS problem

In bios configuration I cannot move in menu, keyboard do not go but keyboard do not have problems in Windows XP, do you know how I can resolve this problem?
Bios lost boot sequence, boot only from HD and not from FD or Cd and I remeber FD was first boot Cd second boot and last HD.

Please help me I cannot install another OS

I used notebook keyboard and nothing, I also used a Ps/2 keyboard (old notebook with ps/2 port) and inside bios nothing I cannot use arrow letters to see menu I have to swith off pc, in windows (word, ie, etc...) both keyboard no problem...

Any idea?
