e-system Ei 3103 RAM Upgrade

I have a e-system Ei 3103 CPU and i want to upgrade the ram but i am confused about what type i would need, I checked the ram that is already installed and this is all i could find on it. 512mb DDr2 533. i want to upgrade to a 2gb stick of ram but i am still not 100% sure. but it will be a great to experience.

The Ei system 3102 and 3103 are made by Uniwill. The uniwill name of the Ei System 3103 is in one of the stickers at the base of the laptop.
