Whether there is a capability of replacement of wearing on this of Motherboard MS-6541 from Copmaq on wearing from Microstar. And where to me to find Bios from Microstar if it it is possible?

Nowehre, specially made for Compaq, only existing bios is the Compaq bios at this moment. I don't really expect a retail version ever.
