about flash my BIOs

ok, let me get this straight. i have a dell computer, and i have been flashed my the BIOs from dell's website, i mean i download the bio to a floppy and then flashed it. so my question is, can i flash the BIOs from another company like asus or others that can let me overclock my CPU? since dell's bio does not have that option for overclocking, it is locked, thank you for your reply!

Not possible to flash other manufacturer's Bios onto a Dell machine - you have to live with the hardware you paid for

There might be a chance with some softwareprogs such as CPUFSB or CPUCOOL - www.podien.de
