Is it any upgrade for this bios? Please tell me if you have one because I cant install Windows XP.
When I install it can show windows startup screen but computer always boot loop again and again
It also can't install Windows ME but I can install windows 98

You seem to the latest Bios.
Try to force a non-ACPI install of your OS or try to disable ACPI in Bios (if available)

Okay one is solved, I CAN DISABLE but Only can Install Windows ME.
But still splash screen and loop boot when install Windows XP.
Any other information or solution.
