BIOS update for IBM PC 330

Hello
I'm searching for a newer BIOS for one of my machines, a IBM PC 330 model 6577-79T, S/N 552GT40
It seems that either IBM or Lenovo don't have it anymore.
My actual BIOS is dated 09/09/97, and it does not recognize HDD's larger than 8 Gb. I am aware there is a newer BIOS, dated something 99, maybe that one It'll work ok.
