bios update for Procomp B680/683

Hi people
I have an old P3 Procomp B680/683 Ver 2.1b motherboard. I would like to update its bios. I've tried the manufacturer's site which is no longer operabale.
I've found at Driverguide a file named b683v26.bin and before I will take any action I would like to know if this is indeed the right file and if so' if anybody can give ne guideline how to do it or if anybody can tell me where I can find the correct file.

Yes, it's the correct file. But you can try the patched version, courtesy of Nicks:
