I have Windows 7 Ultimate N and I tried updating the Bios to my A8ae-Le (very old I know) motherboard because I installed more ram and the sound cut out but then it all went horribly wrong.
My computer is now stuck at the 'checksum error' page where it scans for a bootable disk or a bootable floppy.
I burned a bootable disk with AWDflash.exe on it and 315.ROM and 315.BIN just to be sure.
Now when I turn it on it recognized the disk and says "pass" but then it gives me a dialog saying "1. FD 1.44 MB System Type - (00)"
The keyboard works, I am using a PS/2 plugin and it's tested, but after this dialogue comes up I can't type anything in. Help...
BIOS update went horribly wrong

Open the case and check your motherboard for bulging capacitors. See http://www.badcaps.net for more information.
