I just bought this motherboard from biostar ( k8nha -m) and I have a AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3200+ and I wanted to OC it, but in the bios I can't find some options needed to do the OC and I was wondering if I could update my bios so I can change those settings...

Here's what I found about my Bios:

BIOS Date: 07/13/04
BIOS Type: Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG
BIOS ID: 07/13/2004-nForce-6A61CB0AC
OEM Sign-On: NHA0713 BF Pro
Chipset: AMD 1100 rev 0
Superio: ITE 8712F rev 6 found at port 2Eh
OS: WinXP SP2
CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3200+ 2211 Mhz
BIOS ROM In Socket: Yes
BIOS ROM Size: 512K
Memory Installed: 512 MB
Memory Maximum: 1024 MB
Memory Slot 01: 256 MB
Memory Slot 02: 256 MB

I flashed my bios with the upgrades that are in the biostar webpage but it was of no use because those updates were only to stop showing the splash screen...
Any help will be appreciated, thanks!!

Has this board any overclocking specs anywhere? No? Then why didn't you buy one that was specced for overclocking? Some manufacturers do not allow overclocking of their boards, others do. The only option is to get a customized aftermarket bios or a decent board you can overclock.

install their colourful..err..powerful warpspeeder just to make sure to waste the extra speed on some chewing-gum styled windows program. and the best about this is: it's only ~5MB in size! what a bargain for 6 buttons and 3 displays.
