Bios upgrade for IBM 600 (2645-41u)

Hi,

I have an IBM thinkpad 600 (2645-41u) and I need to upgrade my bios. I do not have a floppy drive but do have a cd-rom. I have downloaded the latest bios version IBET54ww (spsdib54.exe) from the ibm website. How do I upgrade my bios now?
