Bios upgrade MSI 865PE Neo2-P - N1996-MS6728 v2

Dear Sir:

I've found some upgrades of this board, but they say that v3.x could be not used on v2 and v1.x could not be used on v2. Please could you help me please. i'd be gratefull.
