Can I flash the BIOS from my HDD?

HI,
If I do a format c: /s from windows 98 and put the flash utilty and BIOS image on thr HDD, can I flash the BIOS from my HDD?

You don't need to format; just boot to Safe Mode DOS Prompt.
Flash your BIOS at your own risk.
