I'm looking for f10 setup bios for my old compaq deskpro xl 466.
compaq told me that this computer will not supported because this computer is too old.
is anybody there who can help me an have got this software for me.

of course there is an ROM Firmware Upgrade for Deskpro XL available but I need the F10 setup to make a non dos partition.
last week I have updated the rom firmware and now I missing the setup.

It's there, under Management and System Software.
Look for Personal Computer Diagnostics and System Configuration Utility. Those should make the 2 disks you need.
(Oh, and if you're trying to get large HDD support using a Disk Manager, I haven't found a way to use that AND a functional F10 setup partition at the same time.)
