Help Finding Bios Update

After searching through this site for abuot 3 days, i finally came to the conclusion that my mother board had no more updates on the web, but some were out there.

I bought and installed a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS sound card about 2 months ago. After installing, my computer would reboot randomly and i would get lockups almost every 5 minutes. I worked my way down to only having problems when i burn CD's or DVD's. I then cornered the problem down to my Primary IDE cable data transfer type. I had to switch to PIO instead of DMA for everything to work properly, which really pissed me off becasue that PIO mode is slow as hell when ur trying to burn a 4 gb DVD. I called Creative and he help they gave me suked, but i finally got through all of it last night. We went through switching PCI slots, to testing power. I had all of the latest drivers and none of my resources were conflicting with each other. I disabled my onboard audio through BIOS, but still was having a problem with the Cables. I replaced the cables, but it still didn't help. They told me that the only thing left to try was a bios update, and it should work 90% of the time. So i searched the web, but found none that were compatabile with my mobo.

Today i come to you guys for help. I need a bios update but have no clue were to get one after searching this site and many others. Here is my Motherboard information through the manual it came with:

The People over at Creative told me to go to a forum that i trust (this one), and ask for a bios update. If anyone has the same mobo as i do, and has a bios dated later than 01/04/01, then can u please email it over to me so i can upgrade my own. My manafacturer is supposedly Lucky Star, but they are sorta out of business i guess. If anyone would be so kind as to extract their BIOS from their ROM (if you have a newer bios but don't know how to extract it, please tell me, i know how to without having to jepordize anything) so that i could upgrade mine, i'd really appreciate it.

The last one down, version B2. I've googled a bit, and it seems to be the correct update.

SUCCESFUL BIOS UPDATE, i ran bios agent and it picked up the new bios information. What exactly does this new bios version do?

I'm also trying to do a bios update on my other board, here is what Bios Agent Picked up:

Don't know, but find out if it solves your previous problem.

wow, u know it all, thanks a ton. Uhh, regarding my first problem, my Computer succesfully burned a CD through DMA, but after closing Nero, some memory error occured, and windows brought me to a blue screen and said Bad_Pooler_Caller or something along those lines, this happend before when i used selective startup before my bios update when trying to trouble shoot my problem, is this a BIOS problem or a bad installation of Nero?

If we exclude bad RAM quality, faulty cables and CPU overheat, I suggest you update to the latest VIA drivers available from www.viaarena.com

i already have the 4 in 1 driver update, and my RAM isn't that bad, everything worked before i installed the card, i don't think after installing it should go wrong. Actaullay, none of th 4 in 1 driver updates have my chipset, i wonder why?
