Help needed for bios upgrade

Hi,

I want to upgrade my i810 motherboard from lucky star to upgrade it's bios. I am posting this message after thorough search on www.google.com, therefore, I already know a few facts about my motherboard. I am sending you the data I collected from a software:

Memory Slot 01: 128 MB
Memory Slot 02: 128 MB
Memory Slot 03: 128 MB

Another thing, I have only Two memory slots in my motherboard, each containing 128MB RAM, I don't know where from the third Memory Slot appeared that too with 128MB RAM as listed by the software. I am sure I have only 256MB RAM.
