Help with No common Mobo

Hi everyone.

I'd like to upgrade my motherboard's BIOS, which is a i440lx-w977tf-2a69ja1bc-00, the physical model is a 56L312. Need to install a 40 GB Hard Disk.

Does someone know where to find it?.

Well... I just can't wait to make the update, so I can't tell you how does it works... only one thing: Thanks !!!.

Now... is there another kind of improvement in this patch?, can I install a faster processor (Eg PIII 667)?.

Voila!. It works fine. However i have a lot of questions:

Do i Have to start another post if I need an upgrade for other MoBo?. It's a m770LMRT, I want to upgrade the processor, actually PII 400 Mhz to PIII 900... am I crazy?.
