how can updat bios or how can boot computer

In India bsnl and novatium gave computer in 50$
its Intel atom presser with D945GCLF main board 512 RAM ram, (no HDD, no CDROM/DVD rom) this computer is not boot from windows bootable disk win xp, 2000, 98, vista, windows 7, red hut,) in bios they disabled first boot device opticion,
Novatium develop a O.S. it is Linux base O.S
Install a disk on module on ide port computer boot from this disk on module
How can install win xp in this computer pls help me? Or how can I update bios of this computer

remove the disk on module and put in a harddisk instead. then you can install windows.

I have remove the hard disc and put in another computer and format it and install windows7 and again place the hard drive in Laptop now laptop does not on what to do now

That is not a laptop but a desktop computer, otherwise you got the wrong board.

if you remove the cmos reset jumper completely and let it boot from a bios update diskette it will do a recovery emergency flash bios update that will remove the custom bios from the OEM. The board may die in the process or it may boot and act like a normal board afterwards. The gamble is yours, use this information AT YOUR OWN RISK.

There must be one jumper of three pin on the motherboard , change the jumper setting, then you would be inside the bios, from there you can set booting priority and disable any bios password,
I have done with Navigator, I have connected my 160GB IDE HDD with IDE DVD drive, and using windows XP without any problem
