You mean you have version 3 or you want version 3?

Hmm. I have dug through the entire FTP-site and it seems it's no longer online. Any particular reason why you want version 3?

:? At this point digging in to 3DTOR file I've found that Packard Bell had Intel use version 5DTO to make their version 3, so at this point I'm going to try to Flah the chip with ver5 to get rid of the"R", then I should be able to flash it to vers.9 I'll return as soon as I've tried it to let you know of the results. Thanks and I would still like vers.3 if it could be found just in case! AL

 Well tried to flash it to ver5 and again locked out, the trick about changing the header didn't work! I'd be greatful if someone could help me find an answer to this perplexing situation. I'm being locked out as it states that it's unable to prepare for the flash erasure.

If you have currently a DT0R BIOS and you want to flash DT0, you'll have to use the recovery jumper.

Yep, on this board that's probably the only way it is going to work.
