I am trying to update my BIOS, because I want to use Tualatin processor
with adapter on my Biostar Group M6VBE-A mainboard. Adapters instructions say that I need to update my BIOS first.
BIOS:

Award Plug and Play BIOS Extension v. 1,0A, Copyright (c) 1998,
Award Software, Inc.
11/18/1999-693A-596-8671-2A6LGB09C-00

Chipset : VIA VT82C691/693A/694X Apollo Pro/133/133A System Controller
Northbridge: VIA Apollo Pro
Southbridge: VT82C596/A/B "Mobile South"PCI to ISA Bridge.

What is the right BIOS update and how I install it?

a bios with support for 128gb hdds can be found here:

there are some pitfalls when it comes to using a tualatin processor on boards that never were designed for a cpu like that. just to name a few: cpu voltage, regulator current, voltage levels on certain cpu pins..oh, and yes, if you managed to get around all that and the system is up and running there might be problems with the bios, too.
or to say it a bit shorter: good luck ;)
