m717 Mobo flash

i have PcChips M717 with PII 333 i'have flash it without problem with 1208.rom downloaded from http://www.pcchipsusa.com/support-disco ... iosnew.asp that passed OK , but after reboot the message is pentuim II 133 Cmos Cheksum bad Unlock keyboard

i can't make F1 or F2 , error message and the primary problem is how UNLOCK KEYBOARD

There are two different versions of the M717. You seem to have flashed the ITE8671 version. What I/O chip do you have? This may have caused the keyboard issue.

i have found solution
1 st - you must have anOther good MOBO M7XX with amibios(Ex. i do it on M748MR)
2- verify you i/o chip for original MOBO for examp. iTE8671 OR 8679 you download bios for Adequate I/O chip from http://www.pcchipsusa.com/support-disco ... iosnew.asp

3 - do hot swap bios
4- and flash with amif818 what detect chips for flashing
it pass OK , take your bios and put it on your M717 , take fun with your M717
and your MoBO life again
