I have gotten the Bios from the Tri Gem website, but when i try to upgrade them it gives me an error on around the 3rd step:

File close failed on BIOS.ROM
press any key to reboot.

Youve helped me find the motherboard so i thanks you for that, hehe, i couldn't do it even thought i tried. Thanks again in advance.

May be a different BIOS required, but first - did you clear CMOS after flashing ?

Yes, i did clear the CMOS setting after i flashed but I noticed something that been happening even before and after I flashed my bios. My keyboard, mouse and monitor dont get recongnized and the lights dont go on (except for my monitor which only displays the OSD setting and wont let you control them). I think you might be right, i probably need new, new, bios, but are there any that are compatible with my Motherboard other then the ones i just upgraded them to? Oh and here are what my BIOS setting are now given by Bios Agent:

Program: eSupport.com BIOS Agent Version 3.23
BIOS Date: 05/23/01
BIOS Type: PhoenixBIOS 4.0 Release 6.0 licensed to Intel
BIOS ID: 31571.EM.0000.D.0105231146
Chipset: Intel Whitney 82810 rev 3
Superio: ITE 8702F rev 5 found at port 2Eh
OS: WinXP
CPU: Pentium® III (0.18 µm) With 256 KB On-Die L2 Cache 766 MHz
BIOS ROM In Socket: Unknown
BIOS ROM Size: Unknown
Memory Installed: 318 MB
Memory Maximum: Unknown

not that much of a different except on the BIOS Date, is there another BIOS that would be compatable? Oh another note, my CMOS menus arn't as advanced as others, I cant set my Processor Speed (overclock) and cant do all that other good stuff. Think a bios update would change that. Thanks again for the major help, fell like im getting closer and closer.

My uncle just told me that I might have to change some jumper settings which I have no idea how to do and I have no idea where to start. Does someone think they might have some answers for setting jumper settings?
