Tried the Lucky Star websites?
Flash your BIOS at your own risk.

Taiwan appears to be offline at the moment,
Russian server has problems with the indexes on the bios download pages,
I think I can understand this question...

Thanks for all the replys

i've tried the http://www.lucky-star.com.tw/pub/Bios/m ... abx2ea.bin
file even earlier, but i'm getting an error stating that this file does not
match the system i have (or something like that).

tell me if i'm doing something wrong:

i'm booting my computer and press f8, and start ms-dos (meaning - no windows is running)
then i'm starting the awdflash.exe program, enter the name of the file,
and then get the error message.

btw- i want to update my bios so i can install a 120GB disk on this machine. will that bios upgrade help at all ,or i need to replace my motherboard ?...

Thanks again,

Asaf

The flasher warned you because there actually is a substantial change in the BIOS ID string.
A BIOS of Dec. 2000 should have no problems with HDDs upto 128GB.

I don't believe we have feedback on the success rate of flashing this particular BIOS, so the risk will solely be yours. Just make sure you make a backup of your current BIOS.
