Do I need an update? Having some problems

Hello all,

Been having some problems with games and frame rates. Was hoping some people that knew a lot more about it than I could let me know if updating BIOS will help at all.

You have not the fastest graphics card, results should be somehow OK. You may try to update VIA chipset drivers as well as ATI graphics drivers. But at least 512MB more main memory should help most.

Guys, I have some problem regarding my pc.

My Motherboard is ECS P4M800-M7, 256mb AGP Video, 512mb ddr400 RAM. At first, I am having problem installing Windows Based OS. Until I updated its BIOS from 2005 to 2006, then I successfully installed Windows XP OS. But recently I figured out that I can't install Windows Vista into my pc. Eventhough I've changed my RAM, removed the Video Card, changed the IDE Cables, changed the OS Disc, but still it always posting error when installing Windows Vista.

The error says, 0x0000 xxx something.

Do you have any suggestion guys and sirs? thanks
