Sometimes, after a shutdown, my pc won't power on... seems that the signal from graphic card (Radeon 9200 series) never reach monitor.

I was working on one system with a hardware conflict. Without a certain card present, system would power on every time. With the card present, you had to wait at at least 15 - 20 secs after power off before powering back on, otherwise a similar problem to what you are describing.

Does your system follow these kind of rules?

yes,the behaviour is similar, but this happens sometimes... I can't try w/o radeon cause i haven't another card and I was unable to change slot because mb has only 1 agp slot; plugged in a pci slot there is a network card, but i doesn't try w/o it.

I think that's all.
Thanks, Luca.

Usually a sign your power supply is too weak. 350 or 400W with that board/CPU.
