was wondering if they only had v1.0 boards or were there other versions as well? (seeing their bios page mentions being only for v1.0 alone)
main thing is I'm wondering why they had to remove the system monitor option when the fan connectors still have connected traces for the rpm sense wire.
could be nice if I could see the fan rpms in bios anyhow.
thanks
qdi excellent II motherboard....

if you do not have that option you have a later board without the hardware monitor chip and a Celeron chip installed. See if you have a W83781D chip somewhere on the board.when hardware monitor W83781D is not stuffed and Celeron CPU is installed.

hmm found one winbond chip but looking it up its only a plain I/O one ... I have to wonder if the other versions [if that existed] boards used the 83627HF/83697HF chips to combine I/O and monitoring altogether since I can't see any space anywhere else to put another winbond chip (the pcb is nearby all occupied except for tons of traces alone around the northbridge chipset)
and yeah its running a celeron processor
