Really need upgrade for my Award Bios, so.....HELP

I need to update my Award Bios because it dousn't recognize my new 40gig hd, i need some serious help, so i don't f...k up my computer.
i got the following information:

Bios type Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG
Bios ID 08/30/1999-i440BX-W83977-2a69KTG9C
Bios Eval TRM-P6B40-A4X-V1.08M
Chipset Intel 440BX/ZX rev 3
If you can tell me where to find it, en how to use it.
It would be greate !!!!
