Should i update bios??????????

here is what i have, any help would be appreciated as ive never updated a bios before and dont know much about it

Refer to your other post on this motherboard. Updating has risks, if the board is doing what you expect of it, then there is no need to update. If there is something an upgrade would fix, then go ahead, again at your own risk.
