28F2000T is supported and tested. These chips need 12V for programming. Maybe there's a jumper on the board to switch VPP between 5V and 12V.

That are the only jumpers on the board...
JP5 ..... CMOS Clear Jumper
JP10 ... Power On by Keyboard Jumper
JP44 ... WOL (Wake-On-LAN) 3-pin Header
