As Kuriaki and ajzchips have pointed out, "MediaTrainer2" is just a PB marketing name which could apply to motherboards supplied to PB by three different manufacturers, and the motherboard that was installed in the 6333 should be the Microstar Pegase (Pegasus). ajzchips has given you a link to the latest BIOS for that board.
To confirm, please provide the ID for your motherboard as reported by Unicore BIOS agent or similar - see http://www.wimsbios.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1249
