Where can I get BIOS rev21?

I have a Millennia Mme P166 which needs to have BIOS revision 21 (BIOS rev 21) in order for me to upgrade my memory to 128 MB RAM. Currently I have 32 MB RAM on my system. My twin brother laughs about this, but I haven't needed more memory until now.

Where can I get BIOS revision 21? I bought my computer from MPC (formerly Micron PC) and I didn't see a BIOS rev21 download on the site www.buympc.com. A crucial.com sales rep told me I should be able to get the download from the MPC site.
