If tis is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps.
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or softwre manufacturer to any Windows2000 updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardwre or software. disable BIOS Memory Options such as caching or shadowing. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and select Safe Mode.

I've seen that error on my WinNT 4, SP6a machine recently.
You can search the Microsoft Knowledge Base for "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL " and get some insight.
For me, I just re-seated everything, did a RAM check using MemTest, and made sure the case was getting enough air (it seemed hot inside). I actually added a small 486 fan over my CPU regulators as well. Haven't seen the problem since.
Please post your BIOS ID string if you are looking for an update, though I don't think you have a BIOS problem here.
