Looking for an upgrade. Already tried Yakumo and PCPartner but couldn't
find any.

Did you look at http://www.pcpartner.com/bios/i440.htm ? That has the latest official BIOSes for 35-8800 boards.
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.
